Akamine, Christman and Wall have come from a successful agency where individual producers collaborated on accounts but were left to sell on their own, ACW has committed to collaborate and consult together. This method has been successful with the national firms who continue to group consult yet may lack some attributes of a local firm. There are local agencies that have been successful with this approach. They also have been purchased by the national insurance firms. Group consulting will be the main focus in obtaining future major accounts. This is one reason we are called the ACW GROUP. 

We also work with you in the employee benefits area through an exclusive arrangement with a Professional Employer Organization (PEO).   In the current soft market, those businesses qualifying would benefit by contracting their payroll and benefit services to our PEO.  When the hard market comes and workers compensation cost begin to escalate, the businesses look for alternatives.  We will be there to provide the alternatives and help your business continue to prosper.
